Collection of eleven letters, some written by Gruner, some written in another hand but signed by Gruner. All are to Dr Francis Crossle. His association with Norman Lindsay is mentioned in these letters. Also includes a small photograph of Elioth Gruner.

Landscape artist. Born in New Zealand and raised in Sydney, Gruner exhibited regularly from 1901. He won the Wynne Prize seven times between 1916 and 1937.
